Angelina Jolie's ex Billy Bob Thornton says he wants to work with Brad Pitt: "We'd be great together"

The Fargo performer has revealed he might want to work with the Fury star regardless of having a same ex gf.

He told the new issue of Playboy magazine: "This might surprise people, but I'd love to do a movie with Brad Pitt. I think we'd be great together. We'd play a couple of Southern guys."

Then, the 61-year-old on-screen character previously guaranteed Angelina "seems OK" amid her custody battle with Brad.

He said: "She's seems, you know, OK to me when I talk to her. I don't talk to her that often though. You know? Once in a blue moon we come together. Every now and then we talk, you know? Whatever.

"But when people are going through their trials and tribulations I try to leave them alone unless they want to talk to me. In other words, I figure it's none of my business. Unless someone makes it my business it's none of my business."

Furthermore, Billy recently conceded he didn't think he was "good enough" for Angelina.

He shared: "I never felt good enough for her. I'm real uncomfortable around rich and important people. I like how I am."

Angelina is presently amidst a separation from Brad and the  pair just recently went to a temporary custody arrangement for their six kids - Maddox, 15; Pax, 12; Zahara, 11; Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Her delegate said in an announcement: "Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their 8-week involvement, the DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal."
