Netflix's Controversial New Supernatural Horror Looks Absolutely Terrifying

If one somehow managed to take a gander at the current achievements of 13 Reasons Why and Stranger Things, there are two sorts that do truly well for Netflix: high schooler shows with tricky portrayals of death and science fiction frightfulness. Death Note, an adjustment of the manga arrangement about a high schooler who finds a note pad that will murder anybody whose name is composed in it, may actually be Netflix's next enormous hit.

In spite of the fact that the arrangement isn't expected out until August 25, it caused some discussion with its mystery trailer when fans found that no Asian performing artists were thrown in the primary parts. The new film stars Lakeith Stanfield as L going head to head against Nat Wolff's Light Turner, who has the main book.

This first trailer gives the main take a gander at L and more scenes with Ryuk, a Japanese soul of death voiced by Willem DaFoe.

While the throwing is flawed, this early trailer, which likewise stars The Leftovers' Margaret Qualley as Mia, looks frightening as hellfire.

"Death note" will hit Netflix on Aug. 25. Watch the trailer below:
